In exceptional circumstances, we may accept a return. Please send us a brief email at info@muraldesigns.in sending a photograph of the item as received, stating your name, the item and invoice number and reasons for return.
Acceptance of a return is at the sole discretion of Mural Designs; a return may be refused, without assigning any reason.
In case a return is accepted, refund will be provided in the form of store credit only.
Mural Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit and no refund will be provided for the same. We are not responsible for issuing any exchange or refund on items lost or stolen in transit. In case of returns, we cannot refund shipping charges, if any. No return will be accepted of damaged items.
International deliveries will not be eligible for returns and this policy statement does not apply to such deliveries.
Return Process
A return must be requested immediately on receipt.
In case a return is accepted, the item must be shipped to reach us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Please make sure that the item is securely packaged and send the same to us via a trackable courier. Please retain your courier receipt. Once the item is received by us in a good condition, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount (excluding GST, if any, charged).
