Delivery Terms
You are responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address and telephone number. This information should be precise, accurate and complete (e.g., it should include the telephone number, flat number, wing and the floor) to enable seamless delivery of the product. We reserve the right to call the recipient to obtain the details needed to ensure seamless delivery process. If any changes are requested from the recipient about the change in the delivery time, place, etc., the same shall be executed if feasible.
All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee and you will be responsible for payment of a shipping fee for resending the order.
In case of orders to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Domestic Shipping
Shipping is free in India.
On receipt of an Order, the processing time will typically be around 3-5 business days. The item will be shipped once the payment has been credited to our bank account. Delivery will take about 5-7 business days depending on the delivery pin code from the date of dispatch. When your order is dispatched, a tracking number would be emailed to you for tracking your courier.
If an item is required by a specific date, please email us at info@muraldesigns.in and we will revert to you regarding the same. For urgent delivery, additional charges may apply.
Standard delivery may be affected in case of any intervening public holiday or unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
In case you are located outside India, please email us at info@muraldesigns.in for further information before placing your order. Shipping costs will depend on the destination country and the postal/courier service. Shipping costs will have to be paid by the Buyer.
Please note that all international purchases are final. The Buyer will be responsible for applicable import and customs’ duties in the destination country. Such purchases may also be subject to additional handling time. Mural Designs will not be responsible for such extra costs and time associated with such purchases.
Returns, cancellation or exchanges are not applicable on international orders.
Gift Wrap
At this time, we don’t offer the option of gift wrapping items. However, you may email us with your request, and if feasible, we may consider providing the service.
